The Babies Have Arrived!
We're welcoming in the new year with our Christmas presents - Booger Red and Badger!
Both boys were born on the Fourth of July! We are going to be training them to pull the new chuckwagon, so check in often to see how it's going.
Booger Red (Left) & Badger (Right) are learning a little bit about halters - neither of which are delighted! We are, though, because both boys seem to have great dispositions and are very calm.
Both boys are 100% Butler bloodline and are very similar.
We're hoping for an awesome team!
Red will already crawl in your pocket! He's curious about everything.
So far, things are going well. Gayland's rigged up a bar on the tractor to teach them to walk together. Red doesn't seem to mind at all! In fact, he seems to think it's a game to try to lick the hook as he walks. Badger, on the other hand, doesn't see the excitement in it!
Gayland built them a little yoke to practice. They actually kind of get the hang of it!
